A self-registration link is sent to the candidate by the Company or Individual who has requested your Background verification. All the verifications that are requested are pre-selected by the Company or Individual  as per the scope of work. 

In case you are a fresher and there is no prior employment, you can click on "I declare that I am a fresher and I don't have any past work experience" checkbox on the past employment details screen (as shown below) to proceed to the next step.
