Reminders for missing information/ documents are sent to complete your ongoing background verification. The requester's name (Company or Individual who has initiated your background verification) is mentioned in the SMS/ email sent to you on your registered phone number/email ID.
In case you are no longer working with the company or the Individual mentioned in the mail/ SMS and do not wish to continue your background verification process, you can inform OnGrid via support@ongrid.in so that reminders can be stopped.
