Step 1: Go to the Instant Verify Tab

Step 2: Enter Basic Candidate Details

  1. Name (Mandatory)

  2. Staff ID

  3. Phone

  4. Email ID

Step 3: Select Verifications 

  • Click on the “Add Verifications” button to select one or more verification checks (e.g., ID Check, Address Check). Corresponding verification cards will open in real-time on the screen.

Step 4: Fill in Verification Details

  • Enter the required information for each selected check.

  • Upload the documents if required.

Step 5: Click on “Verify”

  • Once all details are filled in, click the “Verify” button.

  • The Result Screen will open consisting of the result of the requested verifications .

Step 6: Download Reports

  • Click on the Download icon in front of each check to download the corresponding report.

  • To download the consolidated report, click on the “Download Report” button given at the right bottom of the result screen.

Step 7: Initiate More Verifications for the Same Candidate

  • Click on the “Add Verifications” button to add more checks & follow the same steps.
