The Customize Table feature on the Candidate Hub allows you to tailor your user interface to better suit your needs. You can adjust which details are visible and how they are displayed, ensuring you have the most relevant information at a glance.     

How to Access the Customization Options:

  • Navigate to the Candidate Hub page.

  • Locate the "Actions" header in the table header section.

  • Click on the "Customize Table" option to open the customization menu.


Customization Features:

  1. Contact Details: Manage the visibility of candidate’s contact information like Email and Phone Number just by enabling/disabling the checkbox against them.

  2. Current Address: Enable or disable the candidate’s current address just by enabling/disabling the checkbox against them.

  3. Verifications: Customize the Verifications column view by enabling the view of only the relevant verifications. 

  4. Also, you can track multiple Education, Employment and Professional checks with a separate icon for each request by setting the number of icons for each verification, providing a clear view of each verification’s status at a glance.

   5. Tags: You can add Tags column just by enabling the checkbox against Tags.
