With our new custom reports framework, clients can configure customisable reports based on verification outcomes (reasons). Following are the possibilities to configure your own fully custom reports
- Customised Discrepancy Matrix - Change the final result based on a particular outcome of Verification.
For example - If found that the a candidate absconded from a past employment, such a scenario/ outcome is mapped to Failed result as per OnGrid default logic, this can be changed and mapped to the result Success incase absconding cases are frequent and already known in your industry.
Another common example of a credit check outcome is where a consumer's record is not found with the credit bureau because of no loan/ credit history, this scenario is linked with Unable To Verify result as per OnGrid default logic, but this can be customised to be mapped to Failed result if you're looking for only high credit rating consumers and need a red flag in any other case. - New Result Terminologies and Colour Codes - Add new results to suit your process flows. OnGrid by default has Failed, Success, Success With Exception and Unable To Verify as final results. These can both be changed or even new results can be added to suit your process flows.
For example - Both Exact and Probable CCRV match are mapped to Failed result as per OnGrid default logic. This can be changed in a way that Exact matches are mapped to a new status 'Major Discrepancy' and Probable matches are mapped to a new status 'Minor Discrepancy' for streamlining downstream process at your end.
