What is an insufficiency?
An insufficiency is a status of a check when information/documents are not sufficient in a candidate's profile to complete the background verification process.
How does a candidate know about their insufficiencies?
There are 02 ways of communicating the insufficiencies to the candidate.
- Via Call - In communities where calling is enabled, candidates are contacted by OnGrid executives via phone to collect the required information, or alternatively, they are notified to submit the necessary information/documents via email.
A total of 03 call attempts are made by an OnGrid executive to get the insufficiency resolved.
- Via Weblink - The default setting in OnGrid enables the weblink for all communities, allowing the system to automatically send emails or SMS messages to candidates.
- Over Email - If an email ID is provided in the candidate's profile, a link to resolve the insufficiency is sent via email.
- Over SMS - If the phone number is provided in the candidate's profile, a link to resolve the insufficiency is sent via SMS to the registered number (Indian numbers only).
A total of 05 system-driven automated reminders are sent to the candidate on alternate days starting from the next day when the insufficiency was raised.
How does a candidate resolve their insufficiencies?
The candidate has the option to communicate the required details to OnGrid executives over a call. Alternatively, upon receiving the link to resolve the insufficiency via email or SMS, the candidate can simply click on the update icon from the insufficiency webpage to resolve the insufficiency.
