You may get this error if you are attempting to create an account using a free email provider. To create an account with Gridlines, please use an email ID linked to your business's registered domain.

This error is shown when the email ID you have provided is not reachable and Gridlines system was unable to send a verification code to the same. Ensure that the email ID provided is correct.
Account exists already.
Above error code is returned when you already have an account with Gridlines. Please proceed to Sign In in that case. If you do not have your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" functionality to reset your password and access your Gridlines account.
