If you have not received your email verification code, please try the following

  • Ensure that the email ID you have used is the correct one. In case it is not, please go back to Sign Up and restart the process. If you have provided a valid business email ID, you should be viewing the screen given below.


  • Check your spam folder for a mail from no-reply@gridlines.io with subject: Onboarding Verification OTP | Gridlines.
  • Check your inbox settings for any filters or automations that would store the mail in a different location. 
  • Speak to your IT team to see if the Gridlines domain is blocked.
