Individuals can be added to the OnGrid portal by following the below steps:

  • Log in to using the "Sign in" option
  • Select the community in which candidate records have to be created
  • On the left navigation panel, click on the "People" tab
  • Click on the "Add New" icon to add a candidate
  • Register a candidate by filling in the information as below and click on "Proceed" to move to the next step
  • Add verifications that have to be initiated for the candidate along with the information/documents required for verification
  • Click on "Request Verifications"
