To access employment information of any candidate, you must raise a verification request on eLockr through the 'Read' option available on the portal.

To raise the verification request, please enter the following information on eLockr:

  1. Ex Employer Name
  2. Staff ID (Employee ID)
  3. Date of Birth (if Staff ID is not available)
  4. PAN (if Staff ID is not available)
  5. Aadhaar Number (if Staff ID is not available)


While trying to access verification report, it is mandatory to provide the name of the new employer, on behalf of which the verification request is being raised. eLockr team reserves the right to disable your account if you are found to be violating this policy.


At the very end, you will be charged a nominal fee for accessing the verification report. This fee is charged from your eLockr wallet and if the wallet does not have sufficient funds, then you can add money to the wallet and access the verification report.
