How would I be billed?
Gridlines follows a Pay as you Go model. You pay only for the requests that you have made through Gridlines.
Which transactions would I be charged for?
You would only be charged for transactions that are successfully completed.
For single-step processes, you would be charged only for response code 200. Response codes 400,500 are not billable and will not be added to your bill
For multi-step processes, you will be charged only if all executed steps have been successful. If any step fails with an error code 500, you will not be charged.
How do I get to know my bill?
Your invoice will be shared at the beginning of every month by our team over mail.
It will contain information on -
- Number of API requests made
- Per transaction cost of each API
- Overall charges
- Tax
If you have an existing service agreement with OnGrid
For all APIs that are part of the agreement, rates defined in the agreement will apply.
